We can help you achieve your goal.

Facts about buying and selling a home

The purchaser needs to arrange for a home inspection. Once the inspection is complete, the inspector sends a home inspection report to the buyer and attorney. We guide both buyers and sellers through every step of the purchasing process. We assist them with title problems. We prepare and review the deed, affidavit of title, and assist with the transfer of title.

According to New Jersey law, every contract, including purchase and sale agreements, has a three-day attorney contract review period. Once the buyer and seller sign the contract, they take the contract back to their respective attorneys for review.

Within the next three days, either side has the option of sending a letter containing proposed changes to the contract. This action keep negotiations active until both sides reach a final agreement. If three days pass, and neither side sends a letter, the contract is binding.
